Can you guarantee my profile will be reinstated?
No. Nobody can. Google makes the final decision on every appeal. What we deliver is a carefully prepared, policy-compliant appeal built on real documentation, which gives your case its best shot.
Are you affiliated with Google?
No. Business Profile Pros is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. We work within Google's published guidelines and appeal process.
How much does it cost?
Every case is different, so we quote after we review yours: why it was suspended, what needs fixing, and how complex it is. Submit your case and we'll come back with a clear quote before any work starts.
When do I pay?
After we review your case and you approve the quote and our engagement agreement. Payment is made securely online. No work begins before that.
How long does reinstatement take?
It depends on the case and on Google's review queue, which we don't control. Simple cases can move quickly; complex or previously denied cases take longer. We give you a realistic expectation after review, not a sales promise.
What if my appeal is denied?
We review the denial with you and tell you honestly which options remain, if any. What happens on a denial is spelled out in the engagement agreement before you pay.
I already appealed and got denied. Can you still help?
Often, yes, but prior denials make cases harder. Tell us about every previous attempt in the intake form so we can assess it properly.
Do you need access to my Google account?
We'll explain exactly what access is needed for your case during onboarding. Never share your Google password with anyone, including us; Google lets you add managers to a profile safely.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
No. We serve United States businesses only.
Should I make changes to my profile while it's suspended?
Generally, hold off on edits until your case is reviewed. Changes made in a panic can complicate an appeal. Submit your case first.
What happens after I'm reinstated?
We recommend optimization and ongoing monitoring so the same problem doesn't come back. Both are optional.
