How we use it

To review your case, contact you, deliver services you request, keep records, and improve our services. With your consent given on our intake form, we may use de-identified case information for research and analysis. De-identified means it cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your business.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate (for example, form hosting, payment processing, email, and hosting providers), only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Forms

Information you submit through our forms may be processed by a third-party form or email provider on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing admin@reinstatebp.com.

Do not send sensitive records

Please don't submit patient, client, or customer records, or passwords. We never need your Google password.
